<Project Engineer Assistant>
Responsible for documents handling for this project: Using company's own document management system, Joint venture partner’s system(XDB) and Office365.To generate innovative ideas and solutions to problems, actively promote rationalization and efficiency in working; developed some tools with VBA, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Forms and IBM Notes Database without any support from IT department.

<Master Data Management>
8 months experience as Master Data Management on SAP R/3. Resolved system troubles, Performed root-cause-analysis with SAP master team. Managed SAP team members in china because those members registered some data. Communicated Japan side requests/troubles in many ways, by phone, text chat, e_mail. Developed small applications(tools) on Access, Excel using VBA for working efficiently. Provided those applications manuals, handouts in English and Japanese.
