Hi, I'm Sohan, Safari Guest Services Supervisor at Dubai Ticket Expert. It is my task to make sure that all guests have a good time on the Jeep Safari Dubai experience from booking to drop-back to their hotel. I help guests tailor tours—whether it's a sunrise or a sunset safari, a private or group ride—and special diets, photo stops, and mobility support. At day's end, it's about hotel pick-ups, jeep cleanliness and levels of customer comfort, checking of safety gear, and monitoring that drivers are on schedule along a predetermined path.
