Hello there,Flying Swiss Airlines WAW Terminal was a nice surprise. I got there a little early, but the check-in area was already open and the staff were extremely courteous. The terminal itself is new and well-organized, with comfortable seating areas and clean bathrooms. I even had time to get a coffee before proceeding to the gate. Boarding was organized and on time, and Swiss Airlines lived up to its reputation with excellent in-flight service. Overall, the whole experience—from arriving at Airlines to boarding the Swiss flight—was efficient and relaxing. I’d fly this route again without thinking twice.
