Hi there, I just wanted to provide my experience on flying Copa Airlines SXM Terminal. The terminal is small, but it works. Employees at the Copa counter were extremely pleasant and were able to resolve a minor problem with my ticket efficiently. Security was quick and not too invasive. The waiting area is somewhat congested when more than one flight is leaving, but the bathrooms were clean and the Wi-Fi was excellent. Boarding was announced clearly, and the flight departed punctually. As a whole, Copa provides an efficient service from terminal.
