Hello, I'm Sneha, Hot Air Balloon (Ras Al Khaimah) tours Flight Experience Coordinator. I assist in planning your flight time during sunrise, your pickup and drops, and in making sure guests are given a proper safety briefing prior to takeoff. I also handle the pre-flight reception with refreshments, camera station, and souvenir certificate after flight. My objective is to have all our guests feeling enthusiastic, secure, and awe-struck from the airborne sight of sand dunes and great mountains.
