• Prepare and update company policies.
• Purchasing of administrative and shop floor materials
• Translate written documents and oral communications regarding business matters from English to Japanese or vise versa.
• Perform secretarial and administrative duties in Japanese and in English.
• Schedule appointments, providing information to callers, taking dictation, and relieving officials of clerical work and administrative and business details
• Coordination of business trip schedules and preparation of travel
