I take charge of scheduling so that flights take off on schedule, ensure our gyrocopters meet stringent safety checks, and coordinate our pilots and ground staff. Before your flight, I educate our guests about safety protocols, get them to prime positions for viewing and camerawork, and sort out special requests. While on flight, I am in constant touch with the pilot to keep tabs on conditions and guest comfort. Once you land safely, I assist with media drop or delivery if applicable, address your questions and queries, and get your inputs so that we continuously improve. My task is to make your gyrocopter experience one of the best moments of your Dubai experience.
