Prior to our vacation, my buddies and I had a wonderful day at the Scoot Airlines London Office. The staff was professional and polite. They made sure everything was in order and assisted us with arranging our flights. They patiently addressed all of the many questions we had. We were made to feel quite welcome, and the office had a calm atmosphere. They even provided us with some useful travel advice. It’s clear that customer care is important to them.
