Hi! My family and I have just passed through the Eva Air IAH Terminal and what a great experience it was. The check-in was hassle-free, and the people were very polite and courteous. The terminal was neat, well-kept, and had a simple and easy-to-navigate layout. Our flight left on time, and everything happened without a glitch.
