Because of their exceptional expertise and fluency in Mandarin and English, communication was easy and effective. Their help with my vacation plans and airline reservations was much appreciated, as they went above and above to make sure everything went as planned. Thai Airways has excellent standards, which are reflected in the office's elegant and pleasant design. The staff was always happy to help, whether I needed assistance with altering my schedule or comprehending their rewards schemes.
